Just got off the phone with PCGS....shipping issue

About 15 days ago, PCGS posted an invoice of mine and emailed me the USPS tracking #. I checked the USPS site for a week, and the order never showed up in their system. I'm a little paranoid since I lost a registered package on the way to PCGS a few years ago in that Newport Beach USPS employee theft fiasco. I called PCGS, and was instructed the shipping manager would call me back. She did. She promised to follow-up and thought the problem was on the USPS end. About 1 week later, the package arrived. It never did appear on the USPS site. I forgot about the call to PCGS until a few minutes ago, when Sandy (the shipping manager) called me back to make sure I got my package. Perfect service IMO, and I thought it deserved a post. Thanks Sandy. Have a great 4th.
