Isn't a big improvement in my photography skills.

Truth be told I took about 20 shots of the reverse but I couldn't capture it like the obverse.

Getting better, looks like you suffer from the same problem I do namely reflection from the surface of the 2 x 2 flip. The advice I got from the forum is to get the coin out before the photo

Dr. J is right - taking pics of the raw coin is a lot easier than trying to shoot through the flip.

Hopefully the camera gremlins will be on my side.
