HELP NEEDED - STOCK CARDS

I have an easy question that hopefully someone can answer. I am getting ready to submit items for grading and need some plastic stockcards that have an extra covering protective flap to ensure that the stamp does not fall out during transit. I can find plenty of plastic stockcards but none with the protective flap. I know that they exist because I received some from PSE in a pack sent to me a few years ago. Can anyone point me to a company that sells these stockcards? Thanks very much. Ray

    Hi and welcome.

Subway Stamps has almost anything a stamp or coin collector needs. They do carry the approval cards with the flap.

    Good luck with your submission.

  • These are always a pain to get as the shipping is always REALLY high when you buy from a dealer as they usually have a "minimum shipping " charge. It sucks when you only need 10 or 20 and you have to buy 50-100 with a $8.00 SHIPPING CHARGE. You can send the stamps in regular paper stockcards(or whatever cheap alternative you choose) and pay PSE for the correct black plastic stockcards. They are somewhere between 25c and 50c each WHICH CAN BE ADDED TO THE ADDITIONAL FEES BOX ON THE SUBMISSION FORM. I have asked Steve Crippe to carry these as a courtesy to buyers, so he may do it eventually even though there is not much profit in it for him. He actually sent me 10 free ones with a purchase I made so that was really nice.
