Submission form trouble

Decided to send in a last minute sub on the special, but I get the form through the website. Anyone else having problems?
Always buying 1984 Ralston Purina PSA 9s and 10s I NEED 19,21, and 29!!!

    Just got through. Was getting an error message

    I had issues getting on the POP report a few minutes ago but it's back up now.

    yeah i havent tried submission forms, but i just tried to add a card to a player set registry and when i clicked on EDIT SET it took me to the Coin Grading website, with an error message..
