Active posters to the US Coin forum who have never posted their coins

There are numerous members of the US Coin Forum who are active participants, but who I have never seen post coins from their collections. Below are a few that come to mind; please feel free to add to the list:
Michael
Kranky
PerryHall
MrEureka
Dorkkarl (wherever he is)

BTW, all of these are individuals whose contributions I respect.

Bear has posted some. Or, more accurately, had others post them for him since he's a Luddite.

Dorkkarl couldn't contribute because he's too "old school" to shoot digital images. Or else he secretly had all his coins in slabs and didn't want to let the cat out of the bag.
I was wondering how long it would take......

That's just 'cause you have "people"

Well, I shouldn't be so surprised. I don't own a digital camera, and have only experimented with a macro lens on my SLR. I have lots of coins scanned, but those images fall short of what I'd refer to as "good quality" images.
BTW Andy, hasn't your sigline coin been appropriated by a certain Darksider residing on the old continent (or rather, island)?

Yeah, let's see some of those QEs!!
True enough but they work for Smythe. I can't use them to work on my personal collection. Too bad, I'd love to have the images.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. It's true in more than just physics.

Now, that is surprising. As someone who resisted figuring it out, I know it opens up new avenues of coin collecting enjoyment. Open your mind. Don't just inflict seminars, take some.

That's just wrong mgoodm3!!! Very few are fortunate to be able to come close to what you can do.....

eyoung,
mgoodm3 photographed that coin (and many others) for me.
<< <i>If you will recall the agreement that permits you to use this forum you will remember that you are essentially giving up your copyright on photos to Collectors Universe. Some active posters probably refuse to give up their copyrights and thus don't post photos.

Hell, I'm ready to give up the coin just to get something to post.

Thanks for the offer but I'm not into photography. The only pre-civil war gold that I remember mentioning was an 1864-S Lib $5 in NGC VG-8. I got it from Northeast Numismatics a few years ago
for $2600. I always wanted a really rare coin and this one I could barely afford. I have a few other pre-civil war pieces but nothing that compares to the ones some of the other board members post here. I'll be retiring in a couple of years and perhaps I'll get into photography. Thanks again for the offer.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

Still doesn't help getting it to a host site then retreiving it without the red X showing up.
that is no problem too. quite a few of us here work for ISPs.
we have the power to give someone space for free.
but lets face it, if you are buying 100 dollar coins, you can afford
a year of web space for 45 dollars ;-)
also, anyone of us would help show users how to upload
and create links here in this forum.
also, there is free hosting. members mention it all the time.
i forget the names, but just once again ask :-)
