acceptable creases or wrinkles?

I've just seen a PSA 9 1992 Bowman card with very fine wrinkles or creases going along along the edges of the back of the card, most likely caused by the factory blade that was cutting it from the sheet. Though it's not an obvious eye sore, hodling the slab to the light will reveal them.
Similarly, I have a PSA 7 1958 Topps card with the same issue, but the wrinkles are on the front of the card along the edge.
Did these slip by, or is there an allowance made for stuff like this?

Coincidentally, I noticed a mess of "wrinkling" on the back edges of 1996 Bowman - I thought that PSA would kill the card?
Also, I have a 66T Mantle with the same type wrinkle on the back. If they would overlook it, I would be glad to submit the card!

With the 1958 card, w/o taking the wrinkles into consideration, it LOOKS like a 7 already.

Then PSA just missed it. With the modern cards I send in, I've received a few 5s due to spider/faint surface wrinkles on the reverse.
