What are these racks?

Look up these # on ebay. 170000854748,170000855305, and 170000854306. Does anyone know about them? Is it a even bigger ripoff of the mm xmas rack packs? Why do people even bid on this stuff?

    yeah the infamous Xmas packs. This guy has a nasty scam going on...
    Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

    Stone's infamous rack is now banned..........Thankfully I never have to look at that "set" again...............I used to have nightmares!!!

    Guys - just an opinion, but last month I bought one of these packs as I needed the 1975 Hank Aaron OPC card for my registry. With the close up scan it looked like it was in decent shape. I figured for $20 i would take a chance on it....I sent it for grading and got PSA8. not bad for a $20 pack! I later also bought a 1968 OPC pack w/ an aaron leader card on it that I needed for my registry for around $10 and got a PSA7! Not too bad.....

    Soooooo.this guy does baseball too? Why do they have to go through all the packging when they can just sell the card?

    I've seen in the past some of these packs (mostly 50's baseball) selling for absurd prices. Problem is you never know what condition you are getting with them. Although, looks like craig19 got a good deal...

    not the same thing , the packs this guy is selling clearly states what he is selling and he is packaging them currently for current sale. the 53-63 christmas racks are a whole different animal. just do a search on these boards and you will get the scoop

    i'm embarassed to admit here to you expert collectors that i bought one of these INCREDIBLY ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT ABOUT IT fake packs once. I'm afraid to tell anymore because you guys will all tell me i'm stupid.. LOL.. well, i'm not anymore, but i was a fool/ebay noobie when i bought that XMAS RACK PACK of 1952 topps baseball cards... see my prior post regarding how i wish i had spent more time here before i started trying to make money buying and selling cards on ebay.. this FAKE rack pack wasn't cheap image by the way, it had the EXACT SAME PACKAGING AND TAG AS THESE PACKS.. so i get it and i open it and it's full of psa 3-4 commons, with stains, marks, VERY round corners, WAX STAINS IN A CELLO PACK... etc.. one of the cards in this NEW RACK PACK also had pencil marks on the back of it from a child.. obviously GARBAGE, no way these cards were anything but garbage... I contacted the seller and he was like ohhhh man i knew it!!! and then he sent me the ebay auction number from where he had purchased the cards.. i ended up eating the whole loss i think even though the seller offered me a refund.. don't ask me why i didn't take it..... i felt bad because he had been ripped off too and i didn't want to double his losses by making him absorb mine or some flawed reason like that... i'm too fair sometimes i know.


    take it from someone who's already been ROBBED BLIND: IT IS ABSOLUTELY FAKE! there is NO WAY that is real. SORRY! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

    added: i'm getting really ticked off the more i look at those OPC's in the same package image someone should contact the seller and inform him he is in the process of committing mail fraud before someone else gets hosed.
