Dum Tacit Clamma

Any idea what this means? It looks like fake Latin, possibly a takeoff on Dum Tacet Clamat ("though silent he speaks") which is the motto of Woodmen of the World.
I also wonder if it's doing double duty as a pun to emphasize being quiet, maybe in a secret organization? Like Dumb meaning not speaking, Tacit meaning silent, and Clam Up meaning shut up? Just a WAG...
Anyway, this is on a copper or bronze token my grandfather gave me. It's so dark and worn I can't make out much of the rest of it, much less photograph it. He was a Mason not a WOW if that means anything. He was always careful not to talk about the Masons.
