Ok - the first appears to be made by Dantzell. Philibert Delorme Architect honor medal from the Lyon Academy of Architecture. Philibert lived from 1510 to 1570 and was one of the greatest architects of the Renaissance in France.
The second is of Reichspresident Friedrich Ebert who served briefly as the German Chancellor during WW1, shortly before their defeat. Born 2/4/1871 - died 2/28/1925. Ebert was elected the first president of the Weimer Republic.
