I've got another "What's it" Any Idea's??? Really Cool Medal...

I'm still trying to pack up all this, I bought a house and am supposed to be moved in by the 1st. of
July. But i saw this medal and for some unknown reason, OCD???........Who know's? I had to have it. Now, If one of you might be so kind as to tell me what it is? Small Star struck on the edge w/Cuivre, Which i know mean's copper? But i can't figure out the name on the obverse.
Let alone the Coat of Arms. Anyone?

It's cool, whatever it is. Maybe a medal commemorating a union between the countries or families represented by the two coat of arms on the reverse?

I can't read it off your pic, but the artist's name appears to be on the lower left of the obverse. Try a Google search using that name.

Steve, This is the best pic i have of the signature right now......... I tried to Google it, maybe one of you can make it out? I can't, But it is a cool medal.

I found a site that help's with the meaning's of "Coat's of Arm's...........But, I'm still waiting on the medal to come in. I hope to be able to figure out more this week. By thurs. i hope...... BTW, LordM, you should see all the "Holed" stuff i have gotten in the past few month's. Is there anything in particular you need in the way of Type or year, silver or Bronze or the copper stuff..... let me know? No gold.....lol... but something that might work well with the hat or vest.....NO i didn't drill them or shoot'em........gottem that way.... Did you see the thread i posted about the 1873 PiO holed 10 centavo's...... That coin is still haunting me........ I think i am going to have it repaired.... KM# 403.9, Only 4,750 minted and mine is one of ten now known to survive...... Anyway, old new's.....
