Converting a set to a new owner .....

Can anyone help me with this ...
I have just agreed to sell my 1967 Topps BB Set to a collector in Calif.
What is the correct procedure to convert the set to the new owner.
Do I need to work with the Customer Service group at PSA - Or can it be done from my computer station.

I'm sure this has happened many times before - but this is my first "set sale" and I would like the process to be seemless to the new owner.

    EMAIL GAYLE OR CONSETTA they will need name of your set year brand ect they will also need to get a email from the buyer with his information then they can just transfer ownership.
    Or you get retire or delete the set and let the new owner plug it all in again himself
