Yes, I typically don't start the next series until I have completed the one i'm working on (to the annoyment of various dealers I work with ).
I'm "done" with all the series I have ever wanted to do... so now I just linger.
BTW I personally can't tell the difference between a 69 vs 70, so usually I max out on 69's.

It depends...I work mainly on date/MM sets. I've completed circulated Date/MM sets of Lincolns (1941-1958) in folders several times and sold them...Ditto Jeff Nickels. I'm working on an Uncirculated set of Lincolns in the same date range...I have about 4 or 5 more to go. I have three more coins for my 1909-1940 Lincoln set...but then I'll start working on upgrades. I have one more date for my IHC Date/MM set [in G-VF], but I've already started working on an upgrade set in AU. I still need a '56 Flyer...don't most of us... I had a complete series of 1839-1857 Large Cents, but I didn't like to look of most of them so I sold off the majority of this collection and I'm using no-problems VF as my bottom line on this series... the rest of the Large Cents will have to wait until I'm more financially solvent.
