Yet another grading question

I'm sorry I keep asking, I've never made a sub before and I don't want to embarrass myself. I do that enough already.

This is a 72 topps test cloth clemente. It's a hand cut and obviously the cutter here was drinking when he cut the left side. Will it get "doesn't meet minimum standards" or will they grade it and give it MC qualifier? I don't care about the grade or a qualifier, more or less just paying for the holder and a grade for a registry set maybe sometime.

PSA has to be in the right mood to grade cloth tests. I have had them return 1976's because they told me they didnt grade them after I had called them and they told me they did.....

Just ask them to authenticate the card????

How do I do that? Do I ask for a grade and if they won't grade it then ask for them to authenticate it? I'm really brand new, I've been scanning cards at 1200 dpi to make sure no problems, etc.

Is there a place on the submission form for just authentication?

thanks for the replies. I checked and it is listed on clemente master set, but I couldn't find any. If I remember right there was a couple on the pop report.
