The last two that sold in auctions were

on ebay Ebay Snider for $670 plus $3.50 shipping and mandatory insurance

and on Goodwin & Co. Link for $648.39 plus $113.47 buyer's premium plus shipping.

    I looked at your scan. Nice card, but I don't see a '+' after the PSA 8. Did PSA omit this? Do you have any PSA 8- cards for sale because I'd gladly pay a small amount over PSA 7+ cards?
