Hand Cut Card Technique

I have several Hostess panels that I would like to submit. I have read PSA's criteria for grading those type of cards. I was wondering if anyone has a technique that works well to get good cuts on the panels. Thanks

make sure it is a straight cut

make sure that the blade is sharp

make sure you cut each side in a single cut [e.g. not multiple cuts]

make sure that the borders past the line on each side are the same size
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I have a technique that works sweet. You take a tile glue scraper that is new (sharp as hell) The blades come in 3 - 4 - 6 inch blades. I like the four inch. You line the scraper up and whack the top with one clean swipe of a hammer. This makes razer sharp corners and there are no hesitation marks from scissors. I used this for Topp box bottoms, never on Hostess.
