will psa grade this card?

It's a card set put out every year for the big 33 high school fb game between PA and OH. I haven't seen many for sale, just wondering if this is something they would grade. The player is Colts S Bob Sanders.

They've graded 2 Roethlisbergers from that set, so I assume they'd grade the Sanders.

Loved watching Bob play at Iowa. Definitely a player, despite his smaller stature.
