Voucher for NO HOLDER AVAILABLE....???

I have recently seen a rediculous amount of cards/stamps not being graded by PSA because NO HOLDER AVAILABLE. What is the deal? They return the card ungraded because they don't have the holders? I just got that excuse on an EXHIBIT card grade that just popped. Should I assume I will get a voucher for it?

I would hope so, but with their CS it could go either way.

I have had that and called befor they shipped. Funny thing it was a regular sized card just like the other 50 ish I submitted. Go figure?

yeah it happens to me a lot.. drives me nuts.. resubmit and i bet it goes through fine
