I had a similar situation happen with an order of mine - 2 were returned because they did not meet size requirements and one week later I got a voucher for 2 free grades. Hope this helps - just sit tight.

Free or paid submissions, no refund (voucher) on mis-cuts or recolored

    edited to add.

On "does not meet minimum size req's" you'll get a voucher

I've gotten a voucher on each and every card that has been returned to me for MC.

Vouchers usually come in a separate envelope with a letter.
