another ebay fraud?

The sticker looks bad so I checked the number at beckett, the sticker # is a 1999 bowman chrome cade mcnown.

Why would somebody go to all that trouble for a cheap card, and what the heck is a Raw Card Review?

    I don't know about beckett card review, but I do have a couple of cards with GAI pregrade stickers on them.

    a raw card review.. that's a joke.. i mean i believe you that they do it, but that is still a joke. a sticker? haha

    It is tamper resistant. The serial # on them is used by Beckett and does not pull the card up on the graded card look up. When you send the card in for slabbing it will get a trackable serial number.
