Question about posting scans

Guys I would like to post some scans of my first submissions to get your opinions on the results. Question is this - How do I post a pic from My Pictures folder to this board?

I was once able to include a pic from an eBay auction, as it had a URL, but I am struggling trying to post my own scans.

    If you have any problems - I will be glad to help.

    I also maintain two free "host" sites - one with photobucket and the other with Geocities - they have increased the file size immensely over the past few years.
