Please help with Oriental coin identification #2

This is another oriental coin, I believe it's from Japan as well.

Obverse:



Reverse:



I'm not sure about the obverse/reverse sides. I'm not even sure which is the top/bottom of the coin.
Is the flower in the middle a Cherry Blossom?
