Removing scratches from holder question...

What is the best thing to use to remove scratches from holders that will not leach into the plastic and possibly damage the coin?

Thanks, Jon

I use Novus Plastic Polish. It comes in three grades of abrasiveness.

    Here's a source.

Hell, people use this to clean coins. Will it work on plastic ? Give it a try Jon and let me know.

I believe 3M makes a plastic polish that works well. Not sure what the name is though. Google 3M and plastic polish.

I've tried various methods. There is a gentle polish that is sold at auto parts stores that is made to clean and remove scratches from plastic motorcycle windshields.

It works like a charm on the same type of plastic the Services use.

Nothing even comes close. I don't recall the name of it right now but your local auto parts store should carry it or something like it.
