Sources for medallion coinage?

After over a year and a half of searching the web and coming up blank - i'm ready to hit the medallion coin catalogues. Here's the item in question:

I've translated the writing and tried searching for a text string, tried the year, anything with saddam and gold ..... Nothing! None of e-bay sellers specializing in Arabic medals/coins were able to help, either. imageimageimage

So ... Iraqi/Arabic medallic coin catalogues anyone?

I think I've seen this medal, or one like it, before. I might be mistaken, but I believe it commemorates 50 years of the Iraqi air force (1931-1981) and was distributed by Saddam Hussein to Iraqi VIPs to celebrate that anniversary.

If you saw it on these boards - it was about 9 months ago when I posted asking if anyone knew anything about it image

Here's what I have learned so far:

Medallion commemorating 50 years of Iraqi Air Force.
    19gr, 22Kt gold

The design of the top photo is very similar to the reverse of KM#153, a nickle 1 Dinar commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Iraqi Air Force, but the date "1981" in arabic is on the right side, and the coin is 10-sided instead of round. The diameter is approximately the same.

On the top it says :
umma arabia waaheda = one arabic nation
daat risalah khaaledah = with an eternal message

    At the bottom it says:
al yobeel adthahabi lelquwaat al jawwia = the golden celebration of the Airforce
    1931 - 1981

    In the middle:
aljomhoria al iraqia = the Iraquien republic
wahdah- hourriah- eshtirakia = unity - freedom - socialism

Come on, folks! There are few more experienced in the matters of numismatics (or exonumia) than some people posting here.
