Please help with coin identification

I believe that this is a Turkish Ottoman coin, but I don't know the issue date or
denomination.

    I think the date is 1293 or 1875 AD, I think it is a 20 Qirsh from Egypt.

    Egypt ("Misr" on reverse)

    1 qirsh (denomination is on the obverse, below the toughra)

    ascension date 1293 (1876), which would be the reign of Abdul Hamid II (date below the text on reverse)

    regnal year 23 (1889) (regnal year above the text on reverse)

    KM#299, mintage 1.500 million
