1971 opc #40 BRAD PARK in PSA 8 or better

Hoping someone out there can help me with this card. For the life of me I cant figure out why it is so tough to find in PSA 8 or better. Pop report says there should be 12 8's or better floating around. Anyone who either has one or could put me in touch with someone that does have one for sale I would really appreciate the help.     Must be because we are looking for it we cant find it. I have had an easier time finding 1 of 1's but this card is driving me to drink. Not that thats a bad thing. lol
