How long does it take to post grades after the turnaround time has passed?

I am dying to knwo what my cards scored, and the very rude people at customer service are not any help.

BTW this is my first time sending some stuff in, i did the 5 day turnaround and friday was the 5th day after date posted. any help
would be appricated

    Remember it is 5 business days for the guaranteed time, not just 5 days. If they still do not post in the promised time frame, a polite call usually does the trick. If they are late, you will be given compensation for the delay.

    Ok i was polite, dude must be burnt out or somethng, but yeah its been 5 business days, and my card has already been charged for the grading and shipping 2 days ago maybe they do a run or something at the end of the day, will keep waiting it out.

    I can only imagine the number of calls they must be getting as people wait on submissions from the May/June $5 special. I personally have cards there that have been entered since the first week of May but that is what we get when we use the cheaper offer.
