That Steve Young is mis-labeled. It is actually a 1996 Laserview Inscriptions. Did you submit this card to PSA yourself or did you obtain from an outside source?

i submitted it myself.. you mean it's mislabeled by psa? the psa cert is 31308191.. it says 1997 pinn. inscriptions steve young psa/dna certified D78615 mint 9.... the card is hand numbered 1878/1950. I bought this card with a matching jerry rice, ungraded on ebay, and graded both cards and already sold the rice... what's wrong with the label, and thanks for letting me know....

edited to add: nathan knows his stuff.. this card says 1996 on the back but is labeled as a 1997 by psa.. the tag i guess is actually wrong by a year.. thanks psa!

I have been a Steve Young collector for eight years, the 1997 Pinnacle Inscriptions auto is numbered out of 1900 ( I have one), the card shown is definitely a 1996 Laserview Inscriptions numbered out of 1950. I put it on my watch list, but if you could get it out of that case it would really up my interest.
