New Tales of Coinalot.......KNIGHT'S QUEST

BearBear Posts: 18,954 ✭✭
.....................................................This weeks tale is dedicated to all of the lovely ladies............................................................
Of the Forum.

Tis a gloomy day in Coinalot. The rain is pouring down by buckets and barrels
and the Royal Court is assembled in all of its glowering glory. King ArtR has
summoned the Royal Council to discuss a number of pressing matters.

King ArtR...I have deemed it unseemly to have the Chinese Huan the coin of the Realm
Methinks it is appropriate to returneth to a unit of coinage ..... to the Royal Dahbloon.
Sir Puffy....Sire, how about calling it the Royal Pantaloon?
Sir Keets...How about calling it the Royal Socalled Dollar, Sire?
St Feldolini..Why not call it the Royal Spatoon your Majesty?
Sir Claw......Sire, how about the Royal Balloon?

King ArtR...Keep it up lads and we shall have a Royal Castration Party in a few minutes.
Lady Laura..Your Majesty, Legend is going to conduct auctions. It will be the best in all
the land. If one doth buildeth a better mouse trap, the mice will cometh.
King ArtR....Tis most interesting Lady Laura, however, tis not the question at hand.

All of a sudden in bursteth the Royal Jester Mad Marty singing, "With bell on my hat and bells
on my toe , I am all dressed in green such as a giant string bean."

Sir Bear.....We hath truly created a monster . As for the name of our coinage, I doth believe
That the Royal Pantaloon be a most noble and origonal unit of Coinage.
King ArtR...Do all here concur ?

All of the assembled Council call, Aye, Yes,Si, Ya Jowl Mein Fue.....er Mein King.. Okey Dokey, Mazel Tov .

King ArtR...All right then, let the Royal Scribe note, that it is Sir Puffy's Pantaloons that won the day.
The next item on the Royal agenda is the matter of the price of precious metals. Can anyone here
explain the mysterious doings of these precious metals.
Sir Brian deGuy...Well you majesty, it is really quite simple. When the price of metals runeth up too high for the Big Boys
to coverith their shorts, then they gather in an evil coven and do create their mayhem.
King ArtR...Pray tell Sir Brian, what hath their shorts to do with anything?
Sir Brian deGuy..Sire the shorts are sales of metals that do not exist, which they do not own, in large enough quantities to break the market.
Then Goldman Sacks, the Fed and the Bank of England can cover their shorts and make money.
King ArtR....Let me see if I have this right...One can sell something they do not have, that in fact doth not exist, into
the market place and thus maketh of less value the metals that doth exist.
Sir Brian de Guy...Yes Sire!
King ArtR...Then you get to cover your shorts an doth make a killing?
Sir Brian de Guy..Now you have it sire.
King ArtR....Guards, please escort Sir Brian to the Royal Catapault for his usual baptism in the Bay of EE.
If there is anything That roiles the Royal Ire, it is being diddled.

Sir Knights, the most vexing of issues we face today is the matter of Cher....wood.... Forest.
Royal Court...Gasp.....Good Heaven ...Lord Preserve us....
Sir Bear....Rolls over in a dead faint, with a most extraordinarily loud ...........THUD!
King ArtR..Methinks the dark tales of this most sinister Woods, doth need investigation.
MY KNIGHTS...This then beyour KNIGHT,S QUEST...Ride to yon Cherwood Forest and findith all there is to learn
Preparith yourselves, for all manner of evil magic and devils spawn, Go forth on the morrow at the early rising of the
sun. Sally forth and fight for the right, subdue all evil and defend our lands against all that be malevolent and harmful.

Stay tuned in on Tuesday for Part 2 of the KNIGHTS QUEST

These "tales" should be shared via PM's NOT ON THE COIN FORUM

Just because Bear mentions someones name---they get all orgasmic and suddenly LOVE off topic stuff----WRONG

Just plain WRONG and if it will be good for the goose (or bear) then it should be good for the gander and ALL off topic threads should be fair game, then these boards will go away---happy then ??????
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
