Chantilly VA. show anyone going?

Just seeing if anyone is going or has a table at the Chantily VA. show on July 7-9? I to the last one and
had a great time lots of cards to look at. I am a huge Frank Thomas fan last show I found some nice autograph
and low serial numbered cards of Thomas that I will be getting graded for my players set. But there were not very
many base cards or inserts. All the dealer I talked to say they just stoped careing them do to the lack of intrest.
Looking to pick up a few more Thomas cards this time.

Would anyone be intrested in meeting up there and maybe do some trading or selling? If so feel free to PM me or
leave me a message here. Looking forward to the show and maybe meeting a few of you guys.

    Chantilly is South of Dulles Airport about an 1hr drive maybe less depending on were you are in D.C.
    I take the Beltway get of on 66 West to Route 28 which is exit 53 North to Willard Road make a Right there
    the Dulles Expo is on your Left.

    ToppsCo1lector you thinking about going? If you are looking for info on this show turn to page 113 in the latest
    Baseball Beckett looks like it will be a good show.

    I went to the March Chantilly show to get my Musial auto. I'm skipping this next one...nobody signing that I want. I'll be at the October show to get Eddie Murrays auto.

    EB31 I went to the March show to did you have fun I know I did. What did you get Musial to sign?
    Did you get to talk to him or was he busy. Did you go for the cards or auto's or both ?

    Hey James.

    Yea, the show was pretty good. I went just for the auto. I barely got to say a word to Musial..they were pushing everyone along pretty fast. But that's ok, I had him sign a ball (in my photobucket) and got to atleast tell him it was an honor to meet him and he said thank you...that was it.

    I really like that show and how they set it up. Of all the shows 've been too, even the big ones like the East Coast National..etc, I like Chantilly the best.

    I'm definetly thinking about going! I haven't been to a card show in maybe 6-7 years and that one was horribly small and basically turned me off of card shows. I live on the border between PGC and SE DC and hopefully I'll have some free time to head down there and check it out. I don't receive any beckett or sportcard publications; just Field&Stream and some other hunting mags. Any info that you could hit me with? From the looksy of work I might be able to catch a day off and have a good amount of doughlito in me pockets! LMK buddy.

    EB31 glad you liked the show. Do you just collect baseball players auto's or other sport? Do you mostly collect HOF players auto's or or just players you like?
    Yea it's a bummer when you go to get an auto and don't have any time to talk to the player. I to like the way the show is set up lot of game used stuff just
    and Rookies just not much Thomas stuff. Haven't got a chance to go to a National show yet but looking forward to going to one soon!

    I was going to do all 18 living members of the 3000 Hit Club...I still may, depending on how/if I want to continue collecting.
