If it's real it would, though in that condition and IMO, not too much more. Plus in that low grades it would be rather difficult to determine a real clip from a post-mint clipping done a long time ago.

Aim for a nice VG with good surfaces. You can even get one overstruck on a Talbut, Alum, and Lee token. Should run, as an estimate, $500-700.
