Hall of Fame for 1962 Topps Civil War News

Congratulations to Carl Riegger on having the first Non-Sports set ever inducted into the PSA Hall of Fame. Carl's 1962 Civil War News set has an incredible GPA of 9.22 which is the highest GPA of any Non-Sports card set issued in the 1960's!

    Quite an achievement. That set is awesome!

    Few folks realize it, but Mantlefan and Carl are among the few Civil War survivers still with us.
