Correct, except it is 700 cards in low series and 800 in high series. The high series packs have the low series cards and the 100 card high series set in it.

Griffey's can be pulled from Hi packs. I remember back in 1991, I plunked down $8 at a local card shop and bought two packs of 1989 UD hi... got a Griffey in each pack. Very nice. :-)
