Salt... wound... mix it up!

The grades I got back from NGC were bad enough, but I got the shipment today and one coin in particular has me royally pissed off.
1827 1/3 Farthing MS63 BN.
1. They mounted it reverse forward, and the reverse is NOT the better of the two sides.
2. The coin is in there completely diagonally; not even remotely parallel with the glass. It looks like complete crap.
WTF, did NGC all of a sudden outsource its slabbing to India? Christ!

I tried to pound the slab on a table to get the coin to 'un-tilt' and lay flat against the front.
I CRACKED THE SLAB.
If NGC hadn't been so careless in the first place....
(this is the second one I've cracked)
GRRRR
