Just read an article highlighting the recent eBay live - they say they're going to crack down on sellers who try to circumvent fees by charging high shipping. Time will tell, of course.
I suspect that sometime in 2007/2008, ALL sellers - foreign/domestic - will be required to accept PayPal. In order to make that "acceptable" to ALL sellers, the seller protection scheme is going to have to be beefed up to prevent the stress/worry about fraudulent chargebacks.
The SKYPE scheme might be good for some folks, but I will pass. I really do not want people calling me to ask me questions for 10-minutes about a $9.00 football card that cost me more than that to have graded. (If I was selling mostly real high-end stuff, SKYPE might be worthwhile.)
