Ebay-Paypal provides better protection to the seller than Naxcom.

After a very expensive bad experience with Naxcom, I've decided to pull all my listings off Naxcom and go with ebay only. Unlike ebay-paypal, all it takes is a buyer claiming that an item was not received and the seller is out the money. Despite the fact that delivery confirmation showed it was delivered and the postman remembers delivering it, Naxcom says too bad and you lose. If it was Paypal, I would be ok.

You can make up your own choice, but if you are seller, ebay-paypal is better IMHO. This experience was so bad for me, that I will probably sell off the rest of my inventory and stop selling all together. It's just not worth it anymore. I really don't want to give any more details, but long time members know that I just don't spout off without thinking about it first.

That is not always true, if they go to their CC company saying they never recieved the item many times Paypal will roll over for the companies.

That is true for Naxcom also. My point is that Ebay-Paypal at least have some protection for sellers. Everyone talks about scam sellers, but there are a lot of scam buyers out there.

  • I beleive due to Paypal rules that benefit buyers so much there are more scamming buyers than sellers. Paypal makesit very easy for buyers to scam sellers. Sellers have no real protection through Paypal.

Can you name names and provide some details on how they scammed you? Alot of us have items on Naxcom and would like to avoid a bad buyer.

Would have a signature confirmation protected you with Naxcom?

I've had over 3000 transactions with Paypal and never had a problem, their process has worked for me. My problems have been with Naxcom. Their process is the seller is wrong and they have to deal with it.

Like I said before, I'm done being a seller. Everything is going against the seller nowadays.

There seem to be more and more problems with Naxcom as of late. I'll never buy a card through that site again, but I'm sorry to hear that you got hosed by a buyer there.
