    Don't think so....that hit on the left lower is quite noticable.

    Maybe Lucy will be able to tell you better.

    depends on the year, if it is a 58-d then yes it will probably go fbl , pcgs is real strict with some years and for others it not as strict, the coin is hammered out though nice frankie

    it aint fbl but there is a slight possibility for fbl

    From PCGS, probably not. If it is aplanchet flaw- no; if it is a hit (which it looks like it is), it looks from the pic that the hit to the lower bell lines is too wide and too deep for the FBL designation.
