1931 W517 ... Is anyone familiar with these ?

I have a Dazzy Vance that might be from this set....but I don't think so. The card looks EXACTLEY the same, except the card number is missing from the front, and on the top it says "Strike Out". I've given up trying to find out about this card.

Any help is appreciated....

    Sounds like you have the "mini" version as the numbers on some cards were omitted.
