Argentina laminated 1889 bronze two centavos

I collected a lot of minor foreign (non-US) coins in the 1960's and recently I went through some of them and found this coin which has a lamination or peeling of metal surface.

It looks like corrosion has gotten under the obverse lamination.

I like this design, and many of mine have some sort of error on them, most commonly double or triple striking or recutting of letters, etc. Lots of die cracks too.
