    You have to pay to play there, but they do have a free section for coins for sale to the public

    I believe that, by far, the predominant usage of the CCE by dealers is for the posting of sight unseen and/or sight seen bid prices on various coins. That information facilitates a great number of transactions both through and outside the exchange.
