Chicago SportsFest

Following a strong collector turnout for the 8th year in a row, SportsFest returns to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center with an all new line-up of autograph guests and the nation's leading sportscard & memorabilia manufacturers and dealers.

When autograph and VIP information becomes available, we will add a link below. Please keep checking back, because autograph guest can be added and/or changed at any time.

Friday, June 9, 2006 - 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday, June 10, 2006 - 10 a.m.-7 p.m. (What's It Worth? hours 1-5 p.m.)
Sunday, June 11, 2006 - 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

I just got back from the show. It wasn't too bad....there was a decent autograph lineup. The only auto I got was Steve Carlton - on a ML baseball...he was very nice. Besides that, I picked up a few Marino cards, a Peyton Manning 2003 SOTT, Hunk Anderson signed 1977 TD Club card, signed Stephen Davis card, signed Alex Karras card, signed Jim Kiick card, signed Bill Buckner card and signed Randy Moss card. Pretty nice haul. Anyone else make it to the show?

Just got back as well. Not too many purchases, but here's a few:

1985 Donruss Cal Ripken PSA 9 - $5
1986 Topps John Elway PSA 9 - $25
1997 Fleer Sports Illustrated Cal Ripken Auto - $80

And a Walt Garrison 8 x 10 photo autographed...he was signing for free in the skoal or copenhagen booth.

Overall I thought it was a decent show. Picked up a lot of modern cards for potential grading.
