Resubmit question for 1976 Topps Payton

Does this have a chance to shed the OC if I crack and resubmit?

thanks,
Scott

Agreed. You could submit that card every week until doomsday and it's not coming back a straight 9. It could come back an 8, I guess, although personallyI wouldn't want to spend 5$ or more to get a mid 70's card 'upgraded' into a NM-MT slab.

I agree completely. It could be a straight 8, and I know this is Payton's second year card and all, but is it worth it? You might need to send it in a few times just to get the 8, if you send it in "no qualifiers" you are liable to get back a 7.
