exactly when is the last day in which you can leave feedback for a transaction on ebay? i thought it was 90 days?

You can do it past 90 days.

As long as the listing still shows on Ebay you can leave Feedback. Generally the items disappear totally after 90 days, but I have seen as few as 80 days and as many as 120 days. It just depends on when the item gets in the rotation to be cycled out.
