1970 Topps Basketball - Tallboys - grading ?

Evening guys - I have about 18 1970 Topps Basketball tallboy commons that should be easy 8's with some 9's - even to my virgin eye, they are that nice. Question is this - I guess I can't send these in with the May/June special so where does that leave me. Do I have to submit these cards under the $13 class? If so I will just eBay them.

If you had 25 you could send them in under the bulk tall boy which is $8 per card.
