I post these when I get them just in case there is a new poster that is unaware.
I received this e-mail and it is an obvious fraud but if you get it.......just delete it after you report it to eBay.
I think I killed any links in the mail but if I didn't.....DO NOT click on them.

online. We were told by Pep Boys, that the certificate number was stolen
and not valid.

this complaint with caseylynncarroll. If you do not do so,
caseylynncarroll will receive information about the appropriate agencies
to contact and/or to file charges against you. Moreover, if these agencies
determine that you have committed fraud, eBay will suspend your membership
privileges.

Either spoof@ebay.com or spoof@paypal.com, as appropriate.
Many banks and other companies whose identities are used for phishing attacks also have an e-mail address of "spoof@"their website for such reporting.
