What a difference pictures make.

A wonderful surprise awaited me at the post office after work today:
A coin that looks *completely* different from the auction pictures.
Netherlands 2.5 Cents, 1883. NGC MS66 BN.
Original auction pictures. Fairly dull and lifeless.


My pictures. Much closer to coin in hand; obverse is even more lustrous than this pic implies. Lovely orange-brown copper. Borderline RB (IMO front is RB, but back is a bit darker). Easily the best example of the type I've ever seen.
