Need help first submission!!!!!

Sorry to bother but I am putting my first submission together. Total of 45 cards, using the forms received in initial sign up packet.

I have 3 forms with 15 cards each. Do I need to complete all the information on all 3 sheets, or just the first page, I'm talking about the grading fee calculation, payment info etc.

Any other helpful hints would be appreciated.

Definately have opening night jitters, hope I get somewhere close to what I expect in grades.

I'm submitting 45 1966 topps baseball.

Check to see if those forms are "carbon paper."
If they are, you only have to fill out the top sheet.

Yes they are the 5 part carbon forms. I need to submit 3 of the 5 part forms, only 15 cards per form.

I just filled out payment info total on first page, that should do the trick I would think, I shouldn't have to fill out that data on all 3 forms should I?

Sounds like you have it solved.

Last week, there was a thread on here with an
"extra long form." It should only be a page or two
back. It seems more convenient than the complex
ones they send with the "starter kit."
