During football season yes, otherwise no. I end most of mine Monday night or late Monday afternoon. Personally, my observation over the past 6 years is that summertime (between Memorial Day and Labor Day) is sluggish for eBay sales and I keep them to a minimum.

according to one of ebay's studies, the busiest day on ebay in terms of visits to the site, is monday.. they suggested running a "well-timed auction that is live on one monday, or possibly 2 mondays with a 10 day auction.."

I help my father in law with some auctions, we were ending on sunday nite. Sales were just ok, but when we changed to tuesday evening prices seemed to go up with more competitive bidding at the end.

I think so many people are conditioned to end on sunday nite that you lose bidders.

Tuesdays have been great so far.

I think Sundays are overrated unless it's a $100+ item. I think there is too much stuff ending so you don't get many impulse bidders. Monday is great, even during football season (except holiday weekends) for anything under a hundo.

There are a few ebay sellers that only end their auctions on Mondays. Legacy Sports Rarities is one such seller - and they do very well with their sales. Unless it is a holiday Monday, I think Monday nights are probably better for high dollar cards because the business men will have time scrolling through ebay during office hours, and they have an excuse to be away from the family when bidding at night

I put up items for auction on EBAY about every other month.....................about 30 items at a time.........I always want to get the best bang for my buck............................................a year ago i would say that Sunday nights was a great night staying away from holiday weekends......................in the long run IMHO end your auctions late in the evening now on the EAST coast Monday thru Thurday and you will do the best.

Yep, Sunday used to be good, but I'm thinking to much competition. Weekdays is what I do.

And if you have quality stuff. People will sniff it out, even if it's misspelled.

I never list, only buy, doesn't matter to me what nights they end!!!!!!
