1989 Topps Traded Set...Tiffany?

I just traded for 2 1989 topps traded sets. They are in the elongated boxes that I had not seen before. The front says "Highly Collectible Special Topps Cards" and the box says made in Ireland. Is this a Tiffany set? The only ones I saw on eBay were the traditional square box sets. Anyone have any info about this? I would like to find out without opening the sets.
thanks

The 1989 Topps traded Tiffany set was indeed produced in Ireland....................

......but the regular 1989 Topps traded set in the red box says "Printed in Rep. of Ireland" also.

I visit my family in Ireland every 10-12 months, and occasionally I come across some of the various sets produced there. Last january I was able to pick up a few of the topps american baseball sets at an antique shop there. I probably paid more for them there than I would have on ebay here, but I couldnt resist.

I think the Tiffany sets all looked like this.

Well, they did issue traded sets like you describe in 91 and 92. Do an ebay search on 1992 Topps Traded, and you'll see plenty examples of both the regular box and the elongated box. Post a scan of the box.
