CHINA KWEICHOW Y-428 1928 AUTO DOLLAR

I paid $1265.00 for the uncleaned VF specimen in the Heritage sale the other day. I also paid a little under 500 bucks for a specimen that looked like it may have been cleaned a long time ago at a Stacks sale last year. Here's one on ebay that I don't think I'm going after.

<< <i>What do you grade it ? >>
I would give it a low-grade F or a high-grade VG, but then what do I know
The nicest one I've ever seen in hand (at the Long Beach show a couple of years ago) had some detail on the car doors and much more on the hood, so I know the problem with this one can't be attributed entirely to the strike quality.
