Under the current $5 special, can I send in anything that meets the parameters and will fit in a standard holder? IE: can I send in 1969 Stamps, candy lids, other small issues with regular cards?

As long as it doesn't require an oversized (e.g. tallboy) holder, then yes, I think it's elligible.
